To-do lists
Most of what people call us about is not one job, it is nine small ones. Batching them into a single visit is cheaper than calling a specialist for each, and it is the work we are built for. Send the list, we will tell you what is in scope, what needs a licensed trade, and roughly what the visit will run.
What's included
- Whole lists handled in one scheduled visit
- Move-in, move-out, and pre-listing fixes
- An honest read on what needs a specialist
