Lights and fixtures

Replacing a fixture that already has power to it is a twenty-minute job with the right ladder and a helper, and an all-afternoon ordeal without them. We handle like-for-like swaps: fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, dimmers, and outlets. Anything that needs new circuits or panel work goes to a licensed electrician, and we will tell you that up front rather than after we have opened the wall.
