Decks and porches
A deck rarely needs replacing before it needs a few boards, a firmer rail, and a coat of sealant. We replace rotted boards and treads, tighten and re-anchor railings, reset loose steps, and pressure wash and seal so the rest of it lasts. If the framing underneath is past repair we will say so.
